Kendra Flowers
Kendra Flowers, RDH, MSDH is a clinical leader with over 20 years of experience in dental patient care, education, clinical operations, and compliance. She has held senior leadership roles at Smile America Partners and Walmart Health, with additional experience across multi-site dental organizations.
She is passionate about advancing innovative care models that address healthcare disparities and is actively involved in the profession through organizations such as the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and Women in DSO. Kendra lives in the Greater Atlanta area with her husband and son.
Interim executive directorMorgan Kuriger
Morgan Kuriger serves as the Marketing Coordinator & Assistant at Harmony Health, supporting marketing, operations, and administrative efforts. She brings professional experience across startups, healthcare, and small businesses, with a background in marketing and executive support roles.
Morgan earned a B.S. in Business Entrepreneurship with a minor in Journalism and has continued undergraduate studies in Biology alongside her professional work.

Tina Saw, DDS
A seasoned general dentist and visionary entrepreneur, Dr. Saw boasts a rich 15-year history of combatting oral health disparities. Armed with a DDS from Loma Linda University’s School of Dentistry and a BA in Biology from Case Western Reserve University, she has emerged as a beacon for equitable healthcare access. Serving as the CEO of Oral Genome and the founder on the board of directors for Harmony Health, Dr. Saw's indomitable spirit is highlighted by her previous ownership of a premier private practice ranked #1 in San Diego.
Her impactful journey boasts accolades such as the AWS Health Equity Initiative Award and the prestigious Excellence in Oral Health Advocacy Award featured in San Diego Magazine. Revered for her pioneering contributions, Dr. Saw's thought leadership extends to numerous dental trades, where she illuminates the potential of AI and cutting-edge technology in mitigating health access challenges and expanding patient care horizons.
Founder & Board memberJordan Pruett is a dedicated advocate for health equity, currently serving as the Director of Health Equity at Aetna Better Health of West Virginia. With over a decade of experience in community development and social determinants of health initiatives, he has led efforts to improve healthcare access for Medicaid populations.
Jordan has extensive experience fostering partnerships between hospitals, providers, and community organizations to address structural barriers to care. His leadership in health equity strategy and statewide health improvement initiatives aligns with Harmony Health’s mission to reduce disparities and promote inclusive healthcare solutions.
Jordan Pruett
Kim Hoeckendorf is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of experience in franchise operations, multi-unit leadership, and organizational strategy. She has led high-performing teams and delivered measurable growth across dynamic industries, including food service, hospitality, and healthcare. Kim has managed portfolios in excess of $300 million dollars by overseeing operations for 33 locations at Feel Good Brands, directing off-premise sales and strategy for over 400 locations at Boston Market, and contributing to the success of multiple regions and stores at Starbucks Coffee. Additionally, she has held executive roles in the healthcare industry as EVP and RVP of Sales and Operations, further demonstrating her ability to drive operational excellence and revenue growth as well as lead successful sales teams and achieve targets through inspiration and development of others.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kim is a devoted advocate for community engagement and well-being. Inspired by her daughter, a two-time pediatric cancer survivor and liver transplant recipient, Kim has dedicated significant volunteer hours to organizations such as Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Cure 4 the Kids Foundation, where she served on the advisory board. She has also contributed her expertise as a board member for the Owens & Minor Foundation.
Kim’s leadership philosophy is rooted in resilience, a people-first approach, and a passion for making a meaningful impact in both business and the community.
Kim Hoeckendorf
Mannat Tiwana is a dedicated public health researcher and dentist with over three years of experience in clinical dentistry and public health research. Currently pursuing her Master of Public Health (MPH) in Global Health at California State University, Long Beach, she specializes in health disparities, oral health, and nutrition.
Mannat has contributed to key research initiatives, including HIV viral suppression in Tajikistan. She has presented her work on periodontal disease among African Americans at international conferences and has a forthcoming publication on next-generation dentistry practices. An active member of Soroptimist International and an editorial board member at IGI Global Publishing, she is committed to advancing public health through research, advocacy, and community engagement.
Mannat Tiwana
Cameron is driven by his dedication to understanding and meeting consumer needs, particularly in oral healthcare. With over 24 years of marketing and general management experience within the consumer-packaged goods industry-including leadership roles with trusted brands like Sensodyne, Pronamel, Parodontox, Biotene, Polident, and Poligrip-he's built a reputation for transforming consumer insights into memorable, trusted brands. His approach combines strategic vision with a deep commitment to consumer health, positioning him as a leader in the field.
Cameron grew up outside Pittsburgh; Pennsylvania and obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. He earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from.

Cameron Poluszek
Adam M. Doyno, CFRE, is the Founding Executive Director and ex-officio Board member of the CUNY SPH Foundation and the Inaugural Chief Development Officer of the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy. Since 2018, he has played a pivotal role in the school’s growth into an independent, accredited, and top-ranked public health institution. As architect of CUNY SPH’s fundraising enterprise, Adam leads strategies that expand opportunities for students across the CUNY system and advance public health impact throughout New York City.
Previously, Adam served as Director of Development at FPWA, where he successfully relaunched the organization’s annual fund, and as the founding National Director of Donor Development at the National Kidney Foundation, overseeing donor-centered fundraising across 27 markets. He began his career at United Way of New York City, managing major, individual, and event fundraising during the post–Great Recession era.
Adam is active in the philanthropic sector, serving on the Board of Directors of the Association of Fundraising Professionals–NYC Chapter as Co–Vice President of Member Engagement and on the Board of Directors of the 125th Street Business Improvement District. He was named to NYN Media’s Nonprofit 40 Under 40 in 2021 and received Hofstra University’s Spotlight Award in 2023. He holds a BA from Hofstra University and an MPA from Long Island University’s C.W. Post campus.
Adam Doyno, MPA, CFRE
Dr. Adam Barefoot currently serves as the Chief Dental Officer (CDO) for Mission Mobile Medical – a mobile healthcare company dedicated to bringing access to care to every corner of the country. His work is grounded in the belief that oral health is essential health. As CDO he helps guide clinical design for mobile units, mentors providers in the field, advises on mobile dental program strategy and implementation, and builds strategic partnerships with stakeholder organizations. He previously served as Chief Dental Officer for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), State Dental Director for the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH), and Clinical Dental Director for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in rural Georgia.
Dr. Barefoot has also served as the Public Member for the Preventive Medicine Review Committee for the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), Secretary of the Board of the American Network of Oral Health Coalitions (ANOHC), President Elect for the Board of Association of State and Territorial Dental Directors (ASTDD), President of the Georgia Oral Health Coalition (GOHC), and is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. He holds a Masters in Public Health from University of New England, a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from University of Florida, and a Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry from University of Georgia.
